This is the ‘discovery day’ and together we will focus on understanding your business in detail, I will do a full review of your processes and put together a business report and outline action plan with you. You can then invite me to help you deliver the plan over the next 6 – 12 months or you can work on it with your team.
If you decide to work with me over an extended period, I will quote you a price depending on your requirements, workload and time period required.
You get me in full support, and we will work through your accountabilities together.

A 55 min session to discuss where you are with implementing your plan, and to discuss any barriers you may be facing.
