Welcome to the product selling course that will change your business and your career.

The Course that will transform you and your team into a product selling business, with outstanding sales growth and customer service levels that your competition are only dreaming about.

THIS COURSE IS ONLY FOR PEOPLE THAT WANT TO LEARN HOW TO SELL SALON PRODUCTS. IS THAT YOU?

When you complete the course you will:

  • Understand why you must sell products
  • Understand that the usual reasons for not selling do not exist
  • Understand how to sell

This course is different from most other selling courses because it delves into the reasons that you should sell and the reasons why you aren’t selling, before teaching you how to sell.

You can use the course to train yourself and your team.(One course per person) It is designed in small sections so that you work through the course as fast or as slow as you wish, and return to the sections that you want when you need to refresh your training.

This course is essentially intended for Hair & Beauty Salons, Spas, Clinics, Aestheticians, Therapists, Cosmetologists, Clinics, Barbers and Health Professionals.

However, it works perfectly for anyone working in a business that is selling a service, and where the customer would benefit from products to compliment that service. Gymnasiums, Solariums, Restaurants and more.

This course is a follow on from the book, ‘Salon Products, Sell or Die (Not) Trying’. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/1797964224/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1  Both the book and the course stem from the industry-wide practice of salons all over the world failing or refusing to sell products. The truth is that salons that fail to sell products also fail in most other aspects of their business because selling products should be an integral part of customer service and profitability.

You may be taking this course as a new student to our industry (welcome) or as a seasoned professional who always knew that selling products was important, but never managed to master the art of selling.

The challenge is to move your mindset away from the traditional and often negative attitude that is used in salon product selling, to a new and positive approach. You can be part of the new generation of professionals that are not prepared to accept anything less than outstanding customer service and an optimised business.

If you go directly to the ‘how to sell’ lessons, you will fail to change yourself or your business. The mechanical and verbal actions of selling are only a small part of the process that you need to learn.

You and all of your team need to work through this course and revisit it regularly until you have achieved products sales on a consistent level, which are delivering high profits and exceptional customer service.

It is fundamental to the course and your success that you first understand what selling is. It is often referred to as retailing, which is also acceptable, but the end results are that you and the client exchange a good or service in return for a financial reward.
