I’m not a lifestyle coach or a mindset guru. I’m a business coach.
I work with salon owners who want clarity, structure, and practical support to build a business that actually works — financially, operationally, and personally.
Having worked with salon, spa, and beauty business owners, I understand the challenges of running a successful business in this industry.
I didn’t start out as a coach. My career began in retail management, where I spent over 20 years leading teams, managing performance, and learning what really makes a business work.
Those foundations carried into my next chapter as a salon owner. Over 15 years, I built and grew a chain of four successful salons — navigating the same challenges salon owners face every day, from recruitment and pricing to leadership and profitability.
Along the way, I expanded my work within the industry, launching a salon skills training company, serving as NHBF President for Wales, and helping create the Welsh Hair and Beauty Awards.
A serious illness in 2012 forced me to pause and reassess. That turning point led me into coaching — bringing together my commercial experience, industry insight, and a genuine passion for helping others build stronger, more sustainable businesses.
